Although an experienced baker, I had never made madeleines and did not have the proper pan. But this gift included the baking pan! And with all the ingredients included I could bake during the quarantine when I could not get flour or vanilla. The madeleines were easy and fun to make. And were delicious to eat! (The included pistachios were enjoyed before the cakes were in the oven.) Red Velvet is a fabulous gift!
