The cake was delicious! And I may or may not have sneaked a little of the fluffy cake batter before I baked it and that was heavenly. I loved how cloud-like the batter was and it resulted in a great textured cake. The only issue I had was that it browned a bit too much on the sides while baking when the middle wasn't cooked yet, but it ended up coming out well in the end. I didn't buy this for a birthday so I didn't use the candles or cake topper, but the cake looks beautiful even just with the frosting and sprinkles. I will say that I bake cakes a lot and am quite experienced and my end result was still a little rough around the edges (may have been that the cake was a bit crumbly and there was not enough frosting to really cover it up perfectly), so for any beginner bakers, don't worry if it doesn't look perfect! It'll still taste gorgeous.
