The written recipe for the crust said add butter, so I added two sticks of butter, not saving a stick for the filling. Just a minor item.

The lemon curd is amazing!! The crust was just ok. I would have liked more of a pie type crust. But that’s just a personal preference thing. Easy to follow and excellent ingredients provided!!

We got three of these lemon tart kits for my daughter’s virtual birthday party, we gave one each to two friends then made them all at the same time via a zoom call. It was so much fun! Everyone was able to bake a masterpiece and all of their parents were complimenting how tasty they were! Thank you for the wonderful kits, this is a birthday she won’t forget!

Arrived on time, everything was perfect. Would certainly order from these folks again and I'm so very glad to have found them!

To be honest, it was more advanced than I had on mind but it was still delicious. Next time I rather test the lemons than trying to cut them very small and to strain the filling twice. I am not great in rolling out the dough either but managed. Next?

Absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed making this tart. Your recipes are so detailed and are a pleasure to make. Looking forward to the making the Pumpkin Cake kit I've just received. I know it will be delicious also

This was by far the best lemon dessert I have ever tasted!! It's a terrific learning experience and so worth the money and effort!!

Sorry I didn’t get a picture but it looked just like the recipe picture. This was the dessert for our first post stay at home COVID dinner with family. And it was a big hit. I definitely will do this dessert again. Only advice, please warn bakers that after adding the lemon juice to the sugar/butter mixture, it will look terrible (a hot mess) .but once it is on the stove and it starts warming up, everything becomes right!

It was super easy to make the lemon tart for mother's day and it was very tasty as well!! I highly recommend.

We loved it so much we ordered another one and it was even better the second time.

Taste was wonderful!! It took longer to set up than recipe said. It was the right consistency the next day.

I made the tart for a ladies pot luck lunch and it was a big hit! The flavor is bright and lemony. Making it was easy and straight forward. I also piped some dollops of whip cream (I took the picture before I did this) My crust was a bit tough. I think this is becuase I didn't use enough water before I chilled it and then had to work the dough more to add it later. A couple of helpful notes: butter needs to be softened so be sure to take it out of the refigerator early. Pan is ungreased. I also chilled the dough again after rolling it out. The instructions didn't call for this but I'm used to doing this for most pies and tarts to keep the dough from shrinking. I would definitely make it again.

I highly suggest buying a tart pan from the boutique if you don't own one. I didn't own one at the time so I made this with a tartish pan. It turned out amazing! The lemon curd is so easy to make! I've made more complicated recipes that didn't turn out quite as amazing as this one! It's exceptionally bright. I will make this again in the winter to beat the winter blues! It pairs really well with anything strawberry flavored too. I made this for a neighborhood block party and made strawberry drinks and it was a huge hit. Definitely bring this to your next get together! Very happy!
