Love the flavors!! However you were wayyyyy to stingy with the ladyfingers!! Should have been doubled. I had to make them in individual dishes just to make it work. That was disappointing. Otherwise this recipe is a winner!!

I love to bake and was excited about learning new techniques after receiving a Red Velvet NYC gift card. I saw tiramisu, which I'd never made before, and ordered it without carefully examining the recipe. So I suppose I cannot complain that after receiving the kit I noticed that the eggs in this tiramisu recipe are not cooked. I read the recipe several times before I believed that was true, and then I spent a significant amount of time researching to see if that was safe. The general consensus is that the recipe is safe, but I can't be the first person who needed reassurance. That is something that could have been noted on the recipe card.
Otherwise, the card was easy to follow. There were some challenging parts, which added to my overall enjoyment. I didn't want the standard recipe. I did expect the final result to be larger based solely on the price of this kit. Because of the small size, my more attractive containers were too large, so I ended up using a 5 1/2" by 8" Tupperware. It fit perfectly. The end result was absolutely delicious, but again, my enjoyment was diminished by my irrational worries about those uncooked eggs.
This will not be a recipe that I will make again, but I'm really glad that I tried it.

We loved this recipe. We ate half after a couple hours and half the next day. I think it tasted better after sitting overnight and would def let it sit overnight next time. Super pretty and simple.

I ordered this as a gift. It was sent to my daughter in law from my granddaughter, 9 & 14. It was their Mother's Day gift to her, her favorite dessert made by her favorite girls! It was chosen because Tiramisu is her favorite and the ease of instruction was listed as moderate. The girls did it with very little assistance, mostly help understanding what certain baking terms meant (ie., folding, etc.) Everyone enjoyed the great dessert to top off our Mother's Day meal. I would order again in a heartbeat!
